This is one of the most special buildings in Tel Aviv, designed in an eclectic style, rare in its beauty, the building was built in 1928 by architect Arie Strummer for the Neaman family. In 2020, the renovation of the building was completed according to the strict conditions for preservation of the Tel Aviv Municipality, the project was built on the characteristics of green building combined with environmentally friendly technologies and building materials. Open Door was chosen to represent the amazing building with the understanding that it has the experience, professionalism and tools suitable for managing and maintaining the building in a way that will preserve its social and historical value along with excellent service to the residents.
